| 摘 要： | 高校扩招和社会经济的转轨,使大学生的就业越来越难.而大学生初次就业缺乏必要的心理准备,不可避免地会产生较大的心理压力,感到无所适从,从而产生种种不良的择业心理.因此,对毕业生开展就业辅导,使其树立正确的择业观念,培养大学生健康的择业心理。

| Abstract: | Due to the expansion of universities and changes in social econmy,it is more and more difficult for university graduates to find a job.Lacking of necessary psychological preperation,university garduates are unavoidably faced with great pressure and often feel at loss.Therefor,it is necessary to give them advice,and help them to have a better idea of job hunting. |
