| Abstract: | With the accelerated pace of China＇s economic transformation, the role of county economy in eco- nomic development becomes more and more important. This paper uses SWOT method to elaborate the economic development situation of Heilongjiang Province from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and supplies reference experience for the county regions＇ economic development and the new rural construction of Heilongjiang Province. |
