水族地区幼儿教师专业发展现状调查研究

摘    要:幼儿教师是决定学前教育质量的关键因素,其专业发展水平受到社会空前关注.水族地区经济文化教育发展滞后,幼儿教师专业发展水平不高.因此,对水族地区幼儿教师专业发展现状进行调查研究具有重要的现实意义.本研究主要采用问卷调查法,以水族地区部分幼儿教师为调查对象,对他们的专业发展状况进行了考察,分析了存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的建议.

Abstract:preschool teachers serve as a key factor of determining preschool education quality, their profession development level receives the unprecedented social attention. Because economic and cultural education in regions inhabited by Shui People fall behind, the profession development level of preschool teachers is not high. Therefore, it has important practical significance to investigate the present situation of preschool teachers'profession development. The author mainly adopts questionnaire survey method to inspect the condition of most of the preschool teachers' profession development in regions inhabited by Shui People, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the problems.
