| 摘 要： | 与传统的人才招聘方式比较，网上招聘突破了时间和空间的限制，具有成本低、信息量大、速度快、个性化服务的优点。人才招聘网站基于ASP．NET平台，采用C≠≠语言进行开发，系统为求职者和招聘单位提供了一个方便快捷的求职招聘平台，使得求职和招聘工作轻松易行。本文介绍了系统的开发背景、系统设计和部分模块的实现代码。

| Abstract: | Compared with traditional recruitment methods, online recruitment broke through the limits of time and space, boasting the advantages of low cost, large amount of information, high speed, and personalized service. The recruitment website, based on ASP.NET platform, uses c# as development language. The system provides a convenient and rapid job hunting and recruitment platform for job seekers and employers, and makes the job searching and recruitment work easy and feasible. This paper introduces the system＇s development background, system design and the realization code of part modules. |
