| 摘 要： | 借助空间集聚指数、产业集聚结构效益指数、集聚影响指数和产业集聚专门化率对2003～2008年中国农产品加工业12个行业的集聚程度及集聚绩效进行测度与评价。结果表明:中国农产品加工业整体集聚度较高且呈明显上升趋势,但各行业的集聚状况差异明显。劳动密集型和原材料及技术密集型农产品加工业集聚度相对较高且明显上升,而原材料密集型和原材料及资本密集型农产品加工业集聚度相对较低且下降;农产品加工业集聚绩效呈两极分化特征,中西部地区明显优于东部地区。
