| 摘 要： | 由于地方院校发展和学报自身的内外部原因，导致地方院校学报发展陷入了千篇一律、特色未凸显的发展困局。针对发展困局，地方院校学报应服务区域经济社会发展，寻求办刊特色的发展源；要依托地方院校发展定位，寻求办刊特色的立足点；要举办特色栏目，寻求办刊特色的内容支撑；要强化“三者”队伍建设，寻求办刊特色的学人支撑。

| Abstract: | Because of the development of local colleges and journal, the journal development of local colleges sink into predicament all of the same pattern. In response, the journal of local colleges must serve for local economic and social development, seeking for the development source of journal characteristic ; they must fix position relying on the development of local colleges, seeking for the footing of journal characteristic ; they must conduct characteristic section, seeking for the content support of journal characteristic ; they must strengthen the units construction of author,editor and expert, seeking for scholar support of journal characteristic. |
