| 摘 要： | 采用观察、问卷调查及相关分析等方法,对篮球运动员个人防守能力的评定要素进行定量和定性分析。结果显示,防守篮板球、抢断球、盖帽、封投、补漏、犯规、漏防等技术指标,可作为评定个人防守能力的主要内容。另外,还可通过对运动员的身体及心理素质的测量,加以综合评价。

| Abstract: | By observation, questionnaire and interrelated analysis, the authors have made a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the assessment elements of bascketball players' one-man defence ability. The conclusion is given in the paper that the technical indices, such as guarding against rebounds, interceptions, blocking, blocked shots, fouls and filling in ,may be used as the main contents of assessing the one-man defence ability. In addition, by measuring players' physical fitness and mental level, the comprehesive assessment can be made. |
