体育新课程理念转化过程中的单元教学研究

摘    要:单元是课程教学设计中最基本的一个层次,体育教师习惯于过去平均分配课时或者按照教学指导书或教研员指导的要求安排课时,这一习惯体现了体育教师对教学内容安排缺乏自主思考。在广大体育教师了解新课程、理解新课程、投入新课程改革和运用新课程的能力和水平的背景下,在将新课程理念转化为实践教学的过程中,从单元教学设计研究的角度,分析和探讨进行单元教学研究的意义,单元教学研究的主要内容,以及体育教师在新课程理念下、在实践课堂教学过程中,如何进行单元教学的设计与实施。其目的是让体育教师明确认识到进行单元教学研究的意义,帮助体育教师寻找能够解决自身问题的合适的课程措施与教学策略,以适应新课程的需要,适应转化的过程,诊断和发展体育教师的专业知识和水平。

Abstract:Unit is normally the basic level in the curriculum design of teaching.P.E.teachers are used to arranging teaching schedules according to the rule of average allotment,the teaching guidance books,or the guidance of instructors,which clearly shows that P.E.teachers lack of independence in planning their teaching contents.In this paper,however,from the point of view of unit teaching design,the author tries to analyze and discuss the significance of the research on unit teaching,the major contents of the research of unit teaching and how to conduct the design and practice of unit teaching under the concept of the new curriculum after a great many P.E.teachers have learned about the new curriculum,understood it,joined in the curriculum reformation and started to practice it and try to turn the concept of the new curriculum into practical teaching.The purpose is to let P.E.teachers be aware of the significance of unit teaching,help them to find out the appropriate teaching process and tactics to solve their problems in teaching,so as to make them adapted to the needs of the new curriculum,to the process of transformation and diagnose and develop their professional knowledge and standard.
