| Abstract: | The guiding principle for running a university is the value judgment of some basic questions in the process of running a university, which manifests the university's ideals and the values. After a overview of the guiding principles of running higher physical education, this article demonstrates the principle of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education from three aspects that innovation is the soul, quality is the life, and characteristic strives for the development. |
