| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法、观察法对部队海上游泳训练常见的伤病原因进行调查与分析．认为通过健康教育与指导，严格选择与设置场地，科学安排训练负荷，认真做好准备活动，搞好后勤保障工作，海上游泳训练中的伤病是可以预防的。

| Abstract: | This article makes use of the cultural heritage data method, number the reason statistics method, observe the method swims the training the familiar wound at the sea to the troops the disease reason proceeds the inquisition and analyze, study the enunciation:The troops swims the reason that training harm disease formation as at the sea:Join training government troops thought not enough value, lack the hygiene health knowledge, prepare the activity inaccuracy, a choice not reasonable, technique action exsit mistake, bad the weather affects, organizing the training is not scientific.Pass the health education and guide, strict choice with establish an a wound for, science arrangement training the burthen, working well to prepare the activity hard, making the hygiene guarantees work, swiming the training the inside at the sea disease is what can prevent. |
