| 摘 要： | 我国体育教学一直重知识传授,轻能力培养;重强度密度,轻兴趣培养;重统一要求,轻个性发展。固定的模式束缚了体育教师的教学才能和灵感,使体育教学缺乏生机和活力,不能适应素质教育的时代要求。整开式教学模式适应素质教育的要求,符合21世纪人才素质的需要。
