体育教学中学生的运动知觉训练

摘    要:各种技术动作都包括两个组成部分:一是外部的肌肉动作,一是心理或意识活动。心理或意识活动对各种外部肌肉动作的支配,是以完整的运动知觉为基础的,如果离开知觉基础,外部的肌肉动作就会成为自发性的,它的活动就会失去稳定性和协调性。因而在体育教学过程中,教师不能只注意通过技能练习训练学生的外部肌肉,更应了解体育教学过程中学生的知觉特点,通过运动知觉的训练方法,教会学生用心理调节的手段,通过思维和知觉完成准确、迅速的判断,对动作进行合理的调节。

Abstract:Various technical movements are composed of two parts;one is the movement of the external muscles,the other is the physchological or conscious activity in one's mind. The control of the psychological or conscious activity over the various moverments of the external muscles is based on the complete sports perception. Without perception, the movement of the external muscles will be spontaneous and lose its stability and harmony. So, during the physical education, a teacher should not only pay his full attention to the training of the student'sexternal muscles by technical exercises, but also understand the student's perceptual characters. By training the student's sports perception, the teacher can guide the student to use the psychological adjustment and accomplish a exact and prompt judgement through his thought and perception and then adjust his moverment reasonably.
