| 摘 要： | 随着高校办学规模的不多扩大,目前高校国有资产管理出现了许多问题,主要表现在管理制度不完善、管理机构不健全、管理意识淡漠和管理行为不到位;针对目前国有资产管理中的问题,指出必须建立统一的国有资产管理机构、完善国有资产管理体制、加强流动资产、无形资产和“非转经”资产的管理以及建立国有资产管理绩效评价和激励机制。

| Abstract: | A lot of problems have emerged in the management of state-owned assets in collages and universities as the scales of collages and universities enlarging.That is,non-perfect of managerial system,distemperedness of managerial institutions,dim of managerial consciousness and uncompleted of managing behaviors.In allusion to these problems listed above,this paper indicates the importance of setting up a uniform managerial institution of state-owned assets,consummating the managerial system,strengthening the management of the current assets,the immaterial assets,the working assets transformed from non-working assets.And also points out the necessities of setting up the mechanism of performance evaluation and encouragement in the management of state-owned assets. |
