| 摘 要： | 超量恢复理论还存在诸多不足,还没有一种理论或模型来描述负荷刺激超过机体承受能力时机能能力下降的现象,而溢水训练理论会很好地解决这一问题。把溢水训练理论与超量恢复理论进行组合,必将弥补超量恢复理论的不足,填补训练学界这一理论空白,使机能能力的动态发展得到一个完整的理论对应。

| Abstract: | The excess resume theory still has a lot of shortcomings.There isn’t a theory or model to describe the droping phenomenon of function ability when the load stimulus is beyond the bearing capacity of the organism,but the overflowing training theory can solve the problem very well.The combination of the overflowing training theory and excess resume theory can compensate for the shortcomings of excess resume theory and fill the theory gap in training field,so as to make the dynamic development of function ability a complete theory correspondence. |
