| 摘 要： | 汉语是以主题系统、英语是以主语系统为主的语言：汉语是意含语言，英语是形合语言。意合中的主题和形合中的主语有各自的特点；这些特点分别和主题系统关照下的意合句法特点、主语系统关照下的形合句法特点相一致。弄清楚以上所有特点有利于英汉句子的互译。

| Abstract: | Chinese is a topic-prominent language while English is subject-promi -nent. Chinese is parataxis language, and English is hypotaxis one. The topic in parataxis and the subject in hypotaxis have their features respectively, which coincide with their syntax features. Studying and understanding these characteristics smooth the way of translation, It-subject sentences show all these characteristics of syntux. |
