| Abstract: | The flow of surplus labor of China＇s rural areas brings the society a series of external diseeonomy in the promotion of industrialization and urbanization. The correct solution to these problems is favorable to the shift of surplus labor of China＇ s rural areas from chaos to order and the promotion of China＇ s economie and social development. |
