| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学是适应时代发展的产物,为现有的人才培养模式注入了新的生机和活力,促进了国际人才的流动,使培养的人才具有国际化的特征,但合作办学过程中也产生了一系列的问题,本文结合实际就中外合作办学学生的种种表现特征进行了分析并在此基础上提出了管理策略。

| Abstract: | Chinese and foreign cooperation school is a product to adapt the time development,it has put the new vitality and the vigor to the existing personnel training pattern,promoted the international talents＇ flowing,and causes talented person has more internationalization characteristic,but simultaneously we also noted that it had a series of problems in the cooperation school process,this article unified all sorts of actual cooperates school students＇ performance characteristics to carry on the corresponding management strategies. |
