| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理统计等方法对福建省华侨大学、仰恩大学、泉州师范学院三所高校的学生24式简化太极拳教学的现状进行调查分析研究结果表明：大学生对太极拳的学习积极性高,兴趣浓,选课人数多,且选课比例女生多于男生,并且对太极拳的练习作用和意义能给予正确的认识,同时也存在着师资短缺、对太极拳知识缺乏等问题。文章针对存在的问题提出了相应的发展建议,为太极拳在高校的普及和深入开展提供理论依据。
