| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料方法、比较分析法等研究方法,阐述了武术竞赛规则的嬗变历程,重点分析了2003新规则在评分标准、动作要求上的变化。竞技武术套路训练应依据规则的导向作用,着重论述武术运动训练的内容安排、训练方法与策略,以适应新规则的要求,为科学化训练和竞赛工作提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper,using literature,comparative analysis and other research methods,expounds the evolution course of competition rules of Wushu,and puts emphases on the changes of 2003 new rules in the assessment standards and the action requirement.According to the directional function of the rules,the paper elaborates on the arrangement,methods and strategies of Wushu training content to meet the requirement of new rules,and to provide theoretical basis of scientific training and competition work. |
