高校实验教师队伍激励机制探讨

摘    要:采取相应的激励机制对实验教师队伍发展起着十分重要的作用。目前实验教师队伍的建设与管理,由于缺乏完善的考核制度和激励机制,正有逐渐被边缘化的倾向。该文从分析高校实验教师的工作满意度入手,提出实验教师激励机制具体实践措施,最大限度地激发教师在教学质量保障体系中的积极性、主动性和创造性。

Abstract:It is very important for colleges to carry out incentive mechanism.Because construction and management of experimental teaching team are lack of a sound performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism,there exists a tendency gradually being marginalized.This paper from the analysis of job satisfaction of experimental teaching team to start,puts forward specific measures to stimulate the enthusiasm of experimental teaching team.
