| 摘 要： | 论文以1978-2004年的年度数据为基础,运用协整理论、误差修正模型为分析框架,分析云南省财政收入与财政支出之间是否存在长期的、稳定的均衡关系,结果表明云南省财政收入与财政支出之间存在长期的、稳定的均衡关系,政府应该积极开展财政支出和收入改革,提高资金使用效率,制定的财政政策应与云南经济发展总体目标相一致。

| Abstract: | In this essay,the author,setting the data of 1978-2004 as basis,using the co-integration and error correction model,tries to find out if the fiscal revenue and expenditure of Yunnan Province exist a long and stable relationship.According to analyis,the results turns out to meet the author's anticipation.So,for this research can provide some hints to carry out the reform of fiscal revenue and expenditure,make good use of capitals,and make fiscal strategies be concordant with the general economic developing target of Yunnan Province. |
