| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计等研究方法,对浙江省高校专职教师体育健身活动进行调查研究,结果发现目前浙江省高校教师对《全民健身计划纲要》的内容了解偏低;体育人口低于全国平均水平;中年教师参加体育健身活动的情况较差;有组织的体育活动的开展情况不理想。本文对调查结果进行了分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper made investigation on sports activity of college teacher in university in Zhejiang province.The result shows that their understanding on content of national fitness program is unclear.The sport population is lower than the average level of whole nation.The middle-aged teachers participating in sports activity are poor and organized sports activity is not good.Based on the investigation,some suggestions are put forward. |
