初中学困生的成因及教育对策

摘    要:概述了初中学困生的特点,认为学困生的形成与遗传与生理、社会、家庭、学生个人及学校的教育有关。当前学困生的教育对策是:教师必须树立新的学生观;要尊重、爱护、鼓励学生;加强学困生的心理素质培养;充分发挥教学功能;提高教师素质;发挥家庭教育的作用;改革评价学生的标准和方法。

Abstract:In this paper,the author analyzed the characters of the slow-learning students,and pointed out that the formation of the slow-learning students is related to their heredity,physiology,family,their own personality and their school education. The educational counter-measures are:1)the teacher must set up new concept on the students, 2) the teacher should respect,love and encourage the students, 3) to strengthen the development of the psychological quality of the slow-learning students, 4) to give full play to the teaching function,5) to increase the teachers quality, 6) give full play to the family education, 7) to reform the standards and measures evaluating the students.
