| 摘 要： | 课程管理体制的改革，本质上是课程权力资源的重新配置与划分。本文探讨在我国当前“三级课程管理”的政策制度下，赋予学生课程权力的必要性及其意义，学生课程权力的主要构成，以及赋予学生课程权力的若干策略等问题。
