| 摘 要： | 从<从体育本质看体育教学>的推理谬误说起,论证了体育的本质目的并不是什么强化体能,在此基础上,我国的传统肢体活动也是现代体育概念的构成部分,并且其本质是追求快乐,另外一种表述方式是追求阴阳平衡、内外调适,因此,得出结论:在大学进行以身心健康为目的的体育教学无可厚非,这并不排斥运动技术的传习.
