| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校学生工作队伍对长期从事本职工作的意愿不是很强烈,但通过对其影响因素的logistic回归分析,发现影响他们长期工作意愿的因素有着独特的特点,要提高其工作意愿,就必须从这些特点出发探索有效途径,不断引导激励他们工作的积极性、主动性。

| Abstract: | At present,student work ranks in the vocational college do not have a strong desire for their own duties.However,it is found through the logistic regression analysis that the factors affecting their desire for working a long time have unique characteristics.Effective ways must be explored to improve their work desire and encourage their work initiatives. |
