跆拳道运动员无氧耐力训练方法研究

摘    要:跆拳道运动对运动员的身体素质要求与其他运动不同,根据跆拳道运动的特征,跆拳道运动员必须具备良好的耐力,跆拳道运动员训练过程中,无氧耐力训练方法是否得当,也决定着训练结果的好坏。本文从训练运动员无氧耐力的重要性着手,探讨跆拳道的无氧耐力训练方法,并对训练过程中的注意事项做出了说明,期望能有效提高运动员无氧耐力训练的效果。

Abstract:The requirements of the taekwondo athletes’ physical quality is different from many other sports,according to the characteristics of Taekwondo,taekwondo athletes must have good endurance,during the training process of taekwondo athletes,whether the training method of anaerobic endurance is proper,also decides the result of the training.This article from the importance of anaerobic endurance training,to study the training methods of Taekwondo anaerobic endurance,and to make specification in the process of training,expects it can effectively improve the effect of athletes’ anaerobic endurance training.
