| 摘 要： | 人权即人之为人所享有的最基本的权利。然而，人们往往在不同意义上使用人权一词。文章就人权的概念进行分析，以便弄清人权概念的根本含义，从而正确认识人权，认识中国及国外的人权的差异之所在。
