| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆应将文献资源建设纳入学校各学科基本建设的规划中,以科学的方法积极研究和构建优化的文献资源建设经费分配模式,整合个性化经费分配理念,将经费额度细分到学科、专业、各科研课题,真正使图书馆的经费在学校的资源建设中发挥最大效用.

| Abstract: | The construction of the document resources in a university library should be added into the program of basic construction of all subjects. To study and optimize the allocation mode of the outlay for the construction of document resources, to integrate the individualized concepts of distributing the purchase outlay, and to rationally distribute the money to all subjects and research fields, the outlay of the school can certainly play the greatest role in the document resource construction of the library. |
