| Abstract: | Based on the practical experiences and lessons of the Chinese Communist Party construction, and in order to deal with these new problems in the construction of socialism, the thought of Three Representations is put forward. The spirit essence of the thought is to reinforce and improve the leadership of the Party, keep pace with time, and push forward the grass - roots democracy construction, all of which come to the purpose of realizing the interests of the people thoroughly. |
