| 摘 要： | 大学生或研究生要想成为一名合格的教师,必须做到三个转变。首先,必须深刻认识教师与学生在定位、特征、任务等方面的不同,从思想上完成角色转变;其次,必须明确教师岗位的职业素养要求,努力进取,不断丰富自己,从知识、能力、技能上完成角色转变;第三,必须从每个环节做起,认真履行教师职责,从行动上完成角色转变。

| Abstract: | Both the university students and post graduate students have to experience three changes if they want to be qualified teachers. Firstly, they must profoundly realize the differences between teachers and students in the aspects of orientation, characteristics and tasks, etc., and they must change their roles mentally; secondly, they must be clear about the high demand of occupational accomplishment for teachers, and forge ahead actively while enriching themselves so that they can fulfill the role conversion from knowledge, ability and skills; thirdly, they must also fulfill the teachers' responsibility from every link so that they can make a change from their action. |
