环氧树脂重防腐涂料的试验研究

摘    要:本文对环氧树脂重防腐涂料的制备进行了试验研究,考察了辅助溶剂、触变剂、颜填料体积浓度等因素对于涂层性能的影响,确定了最佳实验工艺条件。涂膜的附着力为1级,柔韧性为1mm,拉伸强度为467.8 kg/cm2,抗压强度为875.6 kg/cm2,硬度为3H,且具有良好的耐化学介质性能。

An Experimental Study on Heavy- Duty Coating of Epoxy Resin

Abstract:The experimental research has been made on heavy - duty coating of epoxy resin. The influences of auxiliary solvent, thixotropic agent and pigment volume concentration ( FVC ) on the features of the coating were discussed. The optimum condition was determined by experiment. Research results showed that the heavy - duty coating of epoxy resin has excellent chemical resistance and physical capability in film. with rank one adhesive strength, lmm flexility, 3H rigidity, 467. 8 kg/em2 tensile strength and 875. 6 kg/cm2 impact strength.
