| Abstract: | First the paper analyses resources type and copyright status of IR.Then it points out two risks of copyright infringement, that is IR’s software copyright infringement and resources copyright infringement, and finally advances some countermeasures solving IR’s copyright problems from three facets of applying legislation, copyright agreement and managerial model. |
