| Abstract: | This paper discussed the problems of self-education ability relevent to sport and physical education in school. Training abilities of self-education can include those as following: self-realizing, self-creation and body recovery; knowing well ability and healthy condition of oneself; understanding significance and methods of various sport events; selecting activities fit for oneself; studying one' s own ability to carry out proper training load and to achieve suitable standard. |
