企业激励策略有效性实证研究

摘    要:根据企业给员工提供的两类激励的多少组合,将组织的激励策略分为全面激励型、发展激励型、物质激励型和贫乏激励型;通过对256名员工和他们的主管的问卷调查,发现全面激励型策略能带来最高的回报,其次是发展激励型,物质激励型和贫乏激励型的激励效果相对较差。

Empirical Study on Efficiency of Enterprises Motivating Approaches
Abstract:This paper puts forward four kinds of motivating approaches according to the level of physical and developmental inducement:comprehensive motivating,developmental motivating,physical motivating,and meager motivating.According to a survey of 256 employees and their 185 supervisors,It shows that comprehensive motivating can be paid off by employees with highest return,and developmental motivating also can be paid off with higher return.The return for physical motivating and meager motivating approaches are comparatively limited.
