| 摘 要： | 随着网络信息资源的不断开发与利用,传统图书馆的组织管理模式已不能满足读者需求,于是,一种新的网络化的组织结构模式开始产生,即在保留图书馆内部原有的职能部门基础上,建立一些跨职能部门的工作任务委员会,以更好地发挥图书馆员的潜力,提高机构总体工作质量和效率。参考文献3。
