高职教育“三段渐进式工学交替”人才培养模式探析

摘    要:结合高等职业教育发展现实,对高等职业教育人才培养模式进行了探索,提出了三段渐进式工学交替的人才培养思路,从课程体系改革与课程建设,教学主基地、教学队伍建设,人才培养质量评价体系等方面阐述了实施这一人才培养模式的策略。

Abstract:Combined with the development realities of vocational and technical college education,its talent training mode is explored.The talent training idea of threestage progressive engineering alternation is put forward and the ways to implement this talent cultivating mode are clarified from curriculum reform and construction,main teaching base and talent cultivating quality evaluation system.
