| 摘 要： | 刘之常终生从事基层民众教育工作,重视和善于运用媒体来辅助民众教育。他提出了电影是推进教育的好工具、是视觉教育的延续和发展的观点,践行了基于媒体的系统设计的理念,总结出了极具推广价值的电影教学方法,萌发出了电影与课程整合的思想,提炼出了"电化教学"术语,勾画出了电化教育教材的内容体系,对我国电化教育的发展做出了巨大贡献,是当之无愧的电化教育先驱。
