| 摘 要： | 职业指导是独立学院学校教育的重要组成部分,对学生的健康成长具有积极的作用和意义。加强学生职业意识培养,树立正确的择业、就业和创业观念,优化人才培养方案,完善职业指导网络,建设专业化的职业指导队伍,应是目前独立学院职业指导工作努力的目标。

| Abstract: | Vocational guidance is an important component in independent college education and plays an active role in students' healthy development.The paper makes an analysis of problems existing in the vocational guidance work of independent colleges and suggests corresponding countermeasures such as cultivating vocational consciousness in students;establishing correct views of choosing a career,obtaining employment and starting an enterprise;optimizing personnel training plan;perfecting vocational guidance network and constructing professional vocational guidance team and so on. |
