摘    要:本文介绍一种广泛用于科学研究和生产实践中的实验条件多元优化方法--响应表面优化法(RSM).重点讨论其中应用最多的BBD法(Box-Behnken design),并通过详细论述应用BBD法优化微波辅助提取柿叶中总黄酮条件的过程,从实验设计、数据统计处理和分析对BBD法应用于天然产物成分提取进行系统的介绍.

Abstract:A method of optimization for the multi-variable experiment,response surface methodology,is introduced in this paper.It is focused on one of popular methodology of Box-Behnken design in RSM.The experiment condition for microwave-assisted extraction of total falconoid from Diospyros kaki leaves was optimized with BBD method.And the optimization procedure is discussed in order to systematically describe the application of BBD method to nature product component extraction.
