摘    要:坚持科学发展,转变经济发展方式,实施创新驱动发展战略是我国当前一项重大决策。产学研协同创新是推动自主创新战略的重要引擎。文章基于TRIZ理论将创新人才分为四大类,并从创新人才培训、创新实践、知识产权三方面切入,构建了全新的创新人才培养模式,对培养社会全员的创新能力有重要指导意义,可为建设创新型国家提供理论和方法方面的启示。

Abstract:Insisting on scientific development,transformation of economic growth mode,and implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is currently a major decision in China. The collaborative innovation of Industry-Academy-Research is an important engine to promote the strategy of independent innovation. Based on TRIZ theory,the paper classifies innovative talents into four categories. A new training mode of innovative talents is built in the paper,including innovative talents training,innovative practices and intellectual property. The paper provides a method for the construction of innovation-oriented country,which is helpful to train the innovation capacity.
