| 摘 要： | 植根于传统心理测量学发展而来的组织智力研究是从认知能力科学出发的,其内在缺陷在于,一是忽视了心理学个体智力研究基础和管理学组织智力研究间的差异；二是限制了“智力”这一个体心理学研究对象在组织层面的应用,并且屡生歧义.当前,现代心理学已经发展到情境智力观研究的新阶段,这使得组织智力研究的拓展与深入成为可能.本文的创新之处是,在比较不同智力观下组织智力研究的区别和特点基础上,探索性的提出了进行组织层面智力研究的基础、内容,以及更为完整的研究假设,并据此设计了情境论下组织智力循环的研究思路.
