| 摘 要： | 对投资项目在投资运作比较特殊的情况下内部收益率评价指标的判别方法及其有效性进行探讨,根据特殊情况下项目投资的特点,分别从几种典型特殊情况出发阐述内部收益率的计算、结果、分析、结论,并结合笔者的工作实践进一步说明结论的有效性,使得项目投资评判决策更为合理.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the validity of investment evaluation indexes of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for project under the special condition. According to the features of investment project under the special condition, this paper describes the calculation, analysis, result and conclusion. Finally, the examples provided in the paper further illustrate the validity of this conclusion. Following the way suggested in this paper, the investment decision of the project will be more reasonable. |
