| 摘 要： | 在相关研究文献的基础上，提出了团队外部社会资本和团队学习能力之间关系的理论假设模型，并选取了两个研究变量的测度指标。通过SPSS软件、结构方程模型和AMOS软件对问卷调查所得数据进行统计分析，从而对理论假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明：团队外部社会资本的不同维度对某几个特定的团队外部学习子能力产生影响；团队外部学习能力对团队内部学习能力某几个子能力产生影响；团队外部学习能力是团队外部社会资本与团队内部学习能力之间的中介变量。
