电解抛光片的研制及应用

摘    要:泡沫塑料弹性电解抛光片机械强度较低,透水性、耐磨性、开孔性差,磨料的含量低,影响了电解抛光片的广泛应用。根据橡胶和塑料共混改性的原理,用一步法可以制备一种开孔性能好,机械强度较高,耐磨性好的聚氨酯弹性体泡沫抛光片,该研磨片具有良好的抛光性能。

Abstract:At polishing hard machining materials, some elastic-plastic foam products are used. These polishing tool have low mechanical strength, low water permeability and low wearing quality, and these products have low open pass. These products cannot be wide used. According to blend theory, we make a new soft foam slice, which has good open pass, high mechanical strength and high wearing resistant. The progress to make this slice and microstructure are described in this paper. The excellent polishing quality of this slice is tested by experiment.
