| 摘 要： | 武术是中国古老传统的一项民族传统体育项目，是我国学校体育的一个重要组成部分，在教学中起着重要的作用。武术的价值，就是凝结在武术发展运动中的精神和物质对我们社会所产生的积极影响和作用的总和，它是武术存在、发展、进步的标志。武术教学作为大学体育教学的一项重要内容，它在提升学生的文化素养、促进学生身心健康，以及培养学生健全人格、促进学生身心结构的健全等方面都起着很大的作用，具有它自身的独特价值。

| Abstract: | As a kind of Chinese national traditional sport items, Wushu is also an important part of Chinese school P.E. and plays an important role in teaching. The value of Wushu is the combination of the active influence of Wushu spirits and materials tegether, it is also the sign of Wushu existence and development. As a part of college P.E content, Wushu teaching plays a great role in developing college students＇healthy character, promoting their health in body and mind, so it has special value. |
