摘    要:大学英语学生学习手册有利于明确要求,指导教学,规范管理,推介资源,引领发展。当今信息化背景下,手册的设计编写应以学生学习的四个阶段和以电子识字能力为中心的学生三种能力为基础,在教师、教材、媒体、学法、发展等方面展开,以便于学生自主学习的经常性、有效性、连续性。

Abstract:The handbook of learning College English College is of great help to explicit the course requirements, instruct teaching and learning, regulate the management, introduce resources and guide the development of the course, teachers and students. In the information age, its design and compilation would be based on four learning stages and three media-literacy-oriented abilities and be promoted in such aspects as teacher, coursebook, media, learning strategy and sustainable development in order to make students' learning regular, efficient and continuous.
