| Abstract: | The Original significance of studying the value of law is revealing the relationship between human development and the basic motivation of the generation,development,replacement and dissolution of law.According to Marxism theory the author distinguishes from the definition of the value of law and the sources of traditional Chinese and Western Legal Philosophy and proves that the subject of the value of law must be and can only be human being. |
