| 摘 要： | 香港高等教育发展的历史及其战略的演变是香港高等教育在对过去的不断扬弃与修正中找到一条适合本地区高等教育发展道路的历史。通过对香港高等教育发展战略的演变及其正反两方面得失的分析与研究 ,不仅使我们能够更全面、更真实地把握香港高等教育发展战略的全貌 ,而且有助于我们借鉴其高等教育发展战略的有益经验 ,避免发生类似过失 ,有利于中国 2 1世纪高等教育发展战略及区域高等教育发展战略的合理制定和有效实施

| Abstract: | The development history and the strategic evolution of Hong Kong's higher education is the history that Hong Kong found a suitable path to develop its higher education by sublating and ameliorating the past constantly.Through the analysis and studying of the evolution and experience on Hong Kong's higher education,we can not only grasp its overall picture of the development strategy,but also help us to study the useful experience of its development strategy for reference,avoid to occur similar fault,helpful for us to establish and apply the development strategy on both China's higher education and regional higher education in the 21 st . |
