摘    要:新课程改革全面提升了学生的综合素质,促进了教师向教育教学研究型转化。但教育教学观念陈旧,师资队伍的整体素质仍是制约课改的"瓶颈",我们认为教师专业化是新课程改革的关键,构建新的评价体系,加强教师培训者队伍建设,努力提高广大教师理论与实践相结合的能力是教师专业化建设的重要途径。

Abstract:The reform of new courses generally improves students' comprehensive qualities,at the same time,it enhances teachers' research capabilities.However,because of old education and teaching concepts,the teaching staff's tota;qualities are still the "key" which curbs the reform of courses.We think that it is essential for teachers to have their unique majors in terms of the new courses' reform.Establishing new evaluation systems,strengthening teachers' training,improving teachers' abilities in combining theory and practice are important approaches to construct teachers' majors.
